Fall Curb Appeal!

The weather is cooling off a little and now is the perfect time to get those Fall planters out and looking picture perfect. We talk a lot about curb appeal, and as as many of you know, that along with outdoor living spaces can really make a home. We stumbled upon a wonderful spot to purchase mums and the most amazing selection of pumpkins this side of Highway 96 this week! We couldn’t help but stop at J.T. Moore Elementary off Granny White Pike in Davidson County and we found the best selection of mums and pumpkins we’ve ever seen. Now I’m sure some you have may have your go to spots as well, but this one is so convenient to Williamson and Davidson Counties it is hard not to stock up here. They have every style, color, and shape of pumpkins you can imagine and the prices aren’t bad either! We hope you find some inspiration from this post and maybe take a drive by this week and pick up some Fall color for yourselves. (Just make sure you bring cash or check as they don’t accept credit/debit cards.) Must Haves Friday!!- Fall Candles

We don’t know about ya’ll be we are soooo ready for some crisp Fall weather! Don’t get us wrong, we are Summer girls through and through, but this time of year has us ready for cooler football games, sweaters, boots and all things pumpkin. We are longing to cozy up under a blanket and look outside at all the beautiful Fall foliage we know is just around the corner. One item we can’t live without this season is a great fall collection of candles. These yummy fall fragrances, from pumpkin souffle to praline pecan, are definite must haves we find ourselves burning in our homes a lot this time of year. So even if those bonfires and hot chocolate nights seem like a long way off, you can bring a little fall into your home now with these fabulous candles…. even if it is 97 degrees outside!!!!

A few weeks ago we shared with many of you, on our social media pages, this gem of a home in the Lipscomb area. We loved this project so much we thought we would showcase it on the blog today! This beautiful home is currently on the market, and after the clients moved out, they thought it would look a little warmer with some staging. That is where Brentwood Home Stagers came in! In two days, we were able to transform this empty house into a home that is warm and inviting. Decorative Bowls!!!!

We love to use lots of different ceramic and decorative bowls in our projects as well as decorate with them in our homes. The reason these bowls are so great is because they are very versatile and you can change out the filling based on colors or seasons you are wanting to showcase. This time of year fill them with mini pumpkins, acorns or pinecones…. real or artificial…. you get the perfect pop of fall color! Choosing white, or neutral colored bowls ensure you will get lots of use out of these pieces year round. We found these bowls at local shops….
