Let’s Get Organized!

A Home Stagers favorite topic……. organization!!!! We all know one of the most important things to start with when you are thinking of listing your home, or just having guests over, is to organize all the day to day chaos we all live with. When it comes to accomplishing this, think of starting in small spaces and working your way around the home. Start with closets, pantries or bathrooms, and move on to living spaces and garages. If you see improvements in one space, you will be more motivated to move to the larger rooms. Once you have a spot for everything, you will find it is easier to keep clean. So why not start today with small areas in your house and before you know it, your house will be show ready!

Fall Curb Appeal!

The weather is cooling off a little and now is the perfect time to get those Fall planters out and looking picture perfect. We talk a lot about curb appeal, and as as many of you know, that along with outdoor living spaces can really make a home. We stumbled upon a wonderful spot to purchase mums and the most amazing selection of pumpkins this side of Highway 96 this week! We couldn’t help but stop at J.T. Moore Elementary off Granny White Pike in Davidson County and we found the best selection of mums and pumpkins we’ve ever seen. Now I’m sure some you have may have your go to spots as well, but this one is so convenient to Williamson and Davidson Counties it is hard not to stock up here. They have every style, color, and shape of pumpkins you can imagine and the prices aren’t bad either! We hope you find some inspiration from this post and maybe take a drive by this week and pick up some Fall color for yourselves. (Just make sure you bring cash or check as they don’t accept credit/debit cards.) A few weeks ago we shared with many of you, on our social media pages, this gem of a home in the Lipscomb area. We loved this project so much we thought we would showcase it on the blog today! This beautiful home is currently on the market, and after the clients moved out, they thought it would look a little warmer with some staging. That is where Brentwood Home Stagers came in! In two days, we were able to transform this empty house into a home that is warm and inviting. Obviously, we love shopping and all things decor, so while we are out on our adventures, we will be sharing some of our fav finds to you each Friday. As always, we will keep these items under $100 so they are not only must haves, but also affordable to our readers. So for our first Friday, we bring you…..

Decorative Bowls!!!!

We love to use lots of different ceramic and decorative bowls in our projects as well as decorate with them in our homes. The reason these bowls are so great is because they are very versatile and you can change out the filling based on colors or seasons you are wanting to showcase. This time of year fill them with mini pumpkins, acorns or pinecones…. real or artificial…. you get the perfect pop of fall color! Choosing white, or neutral colored bowls ensure you will get lots of use out of these pieces year round. We found these bowls at local shops….
